Social IQ is a network organised consultancy company developing learning and everyday innovation capacity for communities and companies.
In cooperation with consultants, universities, NGOs and action researchers, Social IQ bring experts together to the project team for each project.
Andreas Borg is Managing Partner, owner and co-founder of Social IQ. He has his experience from private and public sector, working many years with management, consulting, supervision and as associate professor.
Tomas Nordlund is associated with Social IQ, and expert in designing and facilitating learning processes for managers, employees, communities and private organisations. His focus is learning collaboratives and innovation. Supporting managers and developing emergence, culture and organisational leadership in large organisations, and as associate professor.
Ragnhild Melbye is architect and associated with proces consultant, working with social kapital, design and innovation processes. She has been facilitated processes for many private and public organisations.
Louise Sofia Rørbech is specialist and supervisor in psychoterapy. She has experience from teaching in schools, now working with children, grown ups, young people and families in her therapy clinic in Copenhagen.
