Andreas Borg is Managing Partner, owner and co-founder of Social IQ, MA from BI Norwegian Business School. He has his experience from private and public sector, working many years with management, consulting, supervision and as associate professor.
Arild Midtbø Kalseth. Bachelor in Product Design from Oslo Met. Ingenior in Sustainable Design, MA (Cand.eng.sci) At University of Aalborg. Phd. student in Systemoriented Design at AHO (Oslo School of Architecture and Design).
Ragnhild Melbye has a MA in Architecture and associated with Social IQ as proces consultant, working with social kapital, design and innovation processes. She has been facilitated processes for many private and public organisations.
Louise Sofia Rørbech is specialist and supervisor in psychoterapy. She has experience from teaching in schools, now working with children, grown ups, young people and families in her therapy clinic in Copenhagen.
